We are
located in the eastern part of the island of Santo
Domingo, the land of Merengue and the sugar cane.
Our island is bathed
by the waters of the Caribbean Sean and the Atlantic
Ocean; it has the most gorgeous beaches in the Caribbean,
and a warm and pleasant weather year-round.
Our currency is
the Dominican peso. The exchange rate is RD$27.80
for an American dollar. We have a democratic government
and safety is guaranteed for both tourists and foreign
investors.
Our country is one of partying. Throughout
the year we have various parties, and we celebrate
them in different ways: religiously, folklorically,
culturally.
